With BT
Business Plan, customers can be certain that no local or national
call need cost more than 10p for a 60-minute call. By opting
for at least a £750 site package they can also enjoy
capped rates to many international countries. The Business
Plan package also includes many other value adds such as a
5% reward on eligible call spend and features such as network
call performance (NCP) reports and a 24/7 guaranteed fault
response within 4 hours. (Not available on BTBP Lite) Business
Plan is an evolving calls package deal, which means that new
features that will benefit the customer are continually added.
