| Peribit
Networks’ product lines enable distributed enterprises
to deliver LAN-quality application performance over the WAN.
The company’s PeriSphere™ architecture integrates
the industry’s most complete feature set for optimizing
WANs and provides the key elements IT needs to meet strategic
business initiatives.
Sequence
Reducer (SR) Product Family
Peribit Networks’ flagship Sequence Reducer™ (SR™)
product family provides a scalable approach to increasing
WAN capacity, improving application performance, and enhancing
application prioritization. The SR products deliver compressed
and accelerated output in speeds from 64 Kbps to 155 Mbps
and support a range of connections to other Peribit devices.
Sequence
Mirror (SM) Product Family
Peribit Networks’ Sequence Mirror™ (SM™)
product family focuses on enhancing throughput of large repeated
data patterns. The family currently features the SM-250, the
SM-500, and the
SM-500 Cluster. All SM Family products include on-board hard
drives to increase the capacity for stored data patterns,
ranging from 40 GB to 3 TB. The SM products support WAN links
from 128 Kbps to 155 Mbps and support 15 to 500 remote sites.
SRS
Software
The Sequence Reduction System™ (SRS™) software
at the heart of the Peribit platforms delivers the company’s
key technologies. The SRS software integrates the range of
technologies needed to optimize WAN links, including compression,
sequence caching, TCP and application acceleration, bandwidth
management, path optimization, and visibility. The SRS software
powers both the Sequence Reduction (SR) and Sequence Mirror
(SM) product lines.
PeriScope
CMS
With PeriScope™ Central Management System™ (CMS™)
software, IT can configure and manage multiple Peribit platforms
from one central location. The software suite provides sophisticated
but easy-to use tools for configuring and monitoring system
features, and it delivers IT a unified view of WAN link performance,
including compression, application acceleration, WAN utilization,
and QoS and bandwidth allocation.
