PABXSoft Basic

Basic is a low cost product designed for businesses that want to "try" PABXSoft before going on to the "Advanced" version. There are five reports available with "Basic"

  • Line Detail
  • Extension
  • Department
  • Ring Time (Not available on some telephone systems that do not provide "Ring Time" information)
  • Top 30 (There are 6 Top 30 Reports).

Scheduling and the Live Traffic screen are not available with "Basic".

Upgrading to "Advanced" is a simple matter of ordering an upgraded license file (sent by email) and re-registering PABXSoft. It takes a couple of seconds.

It is slightly more expensive to buy "Basic" and then upgrade to "Advanced" than to buy "Advanced" in the first place.

Real Time Traffic Screen

Monitor the activity of individual extensions or Departmental groups in virtual real-time.

Grid view shows

Calls made, answered or lost at each extension. Average "Talk-time, first call, last call of the day and accumulated call costs

3 D Pie chart of Calls answered, made and lost for selected Department


Multi-Site

Multi-Site is designed for a business, which wants to run reports on telephone data gathered from branch offices (Remotes)

The Head Office purchases a Multi-site license (allows up to 7 remote sites per Multi-site license) Branch offices (Remotes) purchase individual copies of PABXSoft Advanced.

Data from the Remotes is automatically collected and emailed as an attachment to Head Office where it can be imported into a unique database for each Remote site.

Both the Head Office and the Remote sites can also run Reports as normal at the "Advanced" level


ACD

Powerpoint show for Samsung ACD- This is a self-running powerpoint show designed to provide an overview of the features PABXSoft can offer the Samsung brand of telephone system. It takes 1 minute to load for a 56K modem

This software suite was specifically requested and written for the Samsung DCS / iDCS range of telephone systems. Working with the ACD output of the DCS it provides Call Centre functions to Agents and Supervisors in real time.

"Calls in queue now" and "Oldest call waiting now" are presented to Agents on discreet personal "task bars" at the bottom of their PC screens

Supervisors have a comprehensive activity screen showing Agent status, call activity statistics and 4 Call Centre Reports.

The ACD package is also bundled with the full Reporting software, scheduling and Traffic functions of PABXSoft Advanced.


Hotel

This simple Hospitality suite is designed to provide small Hotel/Motel and Serviced Offices with an effective Customer billing system. In addition to the normal PABXSoft Advanced package, Hotel provides a real-time screen showing Room status, call charges, guest information. Additional reports provide Guest billing on personal letterhead, guest History and re-print functions.
