We make
it simple and straightforward to report faults, either through
our specialist call centre or by logging directly onto our
fault reporting system.
Once a
fault is reported, our customers can have confidence that
it will be resolved quickly and efficiently. In fact, over
50% of faults are repaired remotely. If the problem is carrier
or network related, our Technical Support team will carry
out an initial assessment and then the Service team will liaise
with either the network provider or our own Voice & Data
team to resolve the problem.
Customers
can choose their response times ensuring they get the service
level appropriate for their business. We measure our response
times constantly and on average achieve 97% on 4 hour contracts
and 99% for 8 hour contracts. Costs are easy to predict and
manage. Our contract covers all parts and labour for faults
resulting from fair wear and tear.
