Siemens Communications forms the Information and Communication Networks group in the UK. In addition to a complete range of enterprise networking solutions, Siemens Communications is also servicing the needs of the UK carrier market through its Carrier Services business, achieved through the harnessing of Siemens' global capabilities in carrier technologies and services.

Siemens Communications' business transferred to Siemens plc in 1998 and it has become a wholly owned management company of Siemens plc on whose behalf it trades and enters into all commitments.
